Committees

Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors manage the business and affairs of the Corporation.  The Board is comprised of the chief executive officers of NOETC's member institutions.

Executive Committee:
The NOETC Executive Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Directors.  The Committee is comprised of one representative from each member institution, as designated by its chief executive officer.  During intervals between meetings of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee possesses and exercises all powers of the Board in management and direction of the affairs of the Organization.The officers of the Executive Committee serve as ex-officio, non-voting members of the Board of Directors and all members of the Board of Directors serve as ex-officio, non-voting members of the Board's Executive Committee

Programming Council:
The NOETC Programming Council is advisory to the NOETC Executive Committee on matters pertaining to programming on H.E.A.T., Higher Education Access Television (channel 76, Cox Communications New Orleans), and other cable television channels that may become available to NOETC.  Membership on the Council includes one voting representative from each institution with membership in good standing, ex-officio, non-voting membership by the Executive Director of NOETC, and non-voting membership by other individuals appointed by the Executive Committee.

Information Technology:
The NOETC Information Technology Committee is comprised of the Information Technology Officer from each of the Consortium's member institutions.  The Committee meets at regular intervals to exchange information pertaining to all aspects of technology.
